  • How do I create an account?

  • How do I reset my password?
    If you've forgotten your password we'll need to reset it for you. Simply follow the Forgotten Password instructions, or click here to change it. For security reasons, we cannot send you your password via email. Once you have received our password reset link, it is only valid for 30 minutes. If this timeframe has passed, you will need to request a new link. If you have not received your reset link within half an hour, please check your junk/spam/promotions folders.   • How do I subscribe/unsubscribe to the newsletter?

  • How do I unlock my account?
    Your account is locked automatically after 5 failed login attempts. To unlock your account, please use the links below to contact us and let us know the email address your account is registered to.   • Can I amend any part of my order?
    We’re sorry, we cannot amend any part of your order (including the delivery address) or upgrade a standard delivery to Express once it has been submitted.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    Unfortunately we are unable to cancel your order. Please return your order via post or by Delivery partners.
  • Can I exchange an item in my order?
    Yes we offer an exchange service. No Refunds. If you do not want to keep your item, please click here to follow our Exchange Policy.
  • How do I place an order?
    Follow these simple steps to start shopping with us. CHOOSE YOUR SHIPPING DESTINATION We now deliver to over 100 countries around the world! If you can't find the country you live in on the drop down within our 'Shipping to' tool at the top of the site, it unfortunately means that we do not deliver to where you live right now. We are adding new delivery destinations all the time so make sure you check again soon. START SHOPPING! 1. If you know what you're looking for, start shopping by selecting the SHOP category links: e.g. Dress , Denim , Tees & Blouses and Shirts etc. You can also shop our latest product through the NEW ARRIVALS category link, or our LATEST COLLECTIONS and weekly FEATURES through the links on our home page. If you have a specific product in mind or are unsure where to start, you can simply enter a key word or item number in the search box on the homepage. 2. Once you have found an item you want to buy, select your size, the quantity you want and click on the 'ADD TO CART' button. 3. You can then either continue shopping, or review the items in your shopping bag by clicking on 'View your CART'. 4. If you're happy with the items in your shopping bag, click 'CHECKOUT' to complete your order. You will be able to use the 'Save for later' option to record your selection against your account, or 'Remove' button to remove products from your basket if you change your mind.
  • Can I return items from different orders in the same parcel?
    No, you should return items separately as these items are linked to different orders.
  • When will my order be dispatched?
    Did you know we dispatch parcels daily through until midnight for delivery the next day? You will receive your dispatch confirmation email, along with your tracking number, once your parcel is with your courier. Therefore, don't worry if it's getting close to your expected delivery date and you haven't heard from us.
  • Do you provide International delivery?
    Yes. Please make sure you're shopping on the best site for you by selecting your shipping destination at the bottom of the Checkout Page .   • When will my order arrive?

  • Are you getting more stock in?
    As a fast-paced fashion retailer, we’re constantly trying to bring you the latest trends. This means that our items can sell out and we don’t always plan on restocking them. Our Customer Care team are unable to advise on whether an item is coming back into stock, but the good news is that we do sometimes restock some of our bestselling products, so keep checking back on our site to see if an item has reappeared
  • Can I purchase surplus stock?
    We do not sell surplus stock to third parties as we already have arrangements in place with our suppliers to dispose of such stock.

  • Wash and after care advice
    We test our garments to ensure their beautiful appearance is maintained after cleaning and the care label is designed to help you look after your garments in the best way possible. TOP TIPS FOR AFTERCARE: To keep the garment looking its best, always follow the instructions on the care label. Separate your wash into whites, darks and colours to reduce the risk of colours running Wash garments with contrast trims or panels separately, the fabrics have been designed to be washed together but may absorb dye from other garments – especially important for Black and White Wash denim and coated fabrics inside out to protect the surface and prolong the depth of the colour. We don’t recommend you tumble dry your clothes, it can cause shrinkage, fade colour and damage your garment Reshape jersey when you take it out of the washing machine Fringing can get tangled in the washing machine, hand wash where possible Dry knitwearflat as it can stretch or 'drop' when you hang it wet
  • My promotion code did not work
    Please check that the code/link you are using is still valid and not out of date. Many discounts cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or discounts, please review the Terms and Conditions of the promotion. Your code must be entered in the format in which it was received. It may help to clear your cookies and cache if your code is not working.
  • Birthday Promotional Codes
    Your unique birthday code may contain characters such as ‘0’ or ‘O’ which must be inputted correctly for your code to work. Take care when entering your code to ensure these have been entered correctly to ensure you don’t miss out on your discount. These codes can only be used to obtain discount on one online order, and cannot be redeemed in any other stores. Please be advised that the code ‘BIRTHDAYOFF10’ is no longer valid.
