ABOUT YOU:

We are looking for an ambitious Store Manager to join and lead our amazing team in our beautiful boutique store. We are seeking someone who knows how to go above & beyond for their team and customers and can be an inspiring leader who seeks to drive operational excellence, phenomenal customer service, and great team culture.

• At least three-five years of experience working in fashion or customer service

• Previous people management experience leading teams and a passion for building a productive, fun, and cohesive team environment.

• A strong drive for sales and achieving great results

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

​

• Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, ensuring a productive, fun, and cohesive team environment.

• Drive sales and achieve exceptional results by setting targets and implementing effective sales strategies.

• Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring the boutique showcases products attractively and effectively.

• Oversee inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and replenishing merchandise.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.

• Take a proactive approach to resolving customer complaints and addressing any issues that may arise.

ROLE: Part-time Sales Superstar

HOURS: Part-time (Depending on business needs)

LOCATION: Havelock Mall, Colombo

ABOUT YOU:

• You have a love of fashion and ideally, experience in women’s fashion retail.

• You are friendly, outgoing and a confident fashion stylist which shows in your customer relations.

• You love the Miika brand, have a great sense of style and fabulous personal grooming.

• You are self-motivated, highly sales focused and use your initiative at all times.

• You have a natural ability to connect with people, creating truly positive customer relationships.

• You know the importance of working the weekends in retail and will be available for at least one weekend day.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Sales and customer service

• Assisting the Store Manager as and when needed… superstars are good at that.

• Stock preparation and store grooming.
